Microsoft has this week released the Newsfeed Business Productivity accelerator for Dynamics CRM 4. This latest accelerator add-on expands upon CRM’s out-of-the-box capabilities and provides a solid platform which can of course be further extended and modified to meet customers’ specific requirements.
The Newsfeed Business Productivity accelerator allows a “What’s New” dashboard report to be generated detailing recent activity in the CRM system such as service cases created, opportunities added, and appointments attended.
Content displayed can be customised to meet business needs and help to accelerate user adoption by presenting data in a way that is appealing and interactive, drawing them into the application and encouraging use.
