Since Microsoft released the Business Productivity Newsfeed Accelerator in March, The CRM Business have been testing it on our own CRM implementation, and have begun to install it for customers.
The CRM Newsfeed report generated by the accelerator provides an at-a-glance summary of the most recent updates to the CRM system (such as opportunities, appointments, cases). This helps to focus user attention on the system, driving adoption and encouraging use.
We are finding the CRM Newsfeed dashboard report a valuable addition to our own CRM system, and feedback from customers so far has been very positive.
Now that we have tested this accelerator ourselves, we are in a position to be able to install it for all of our customers (charge free) so that they too can reap the benefits.
