Since Microsoft released the Business Productivity Newsfeed Accelerator in March, The CRM Business have been testing it on our own CRM implementation, and have begun to install it for customers. The CRM Newsfeed report generated by the accelerator provides an at-a-glance summary of the most recent updates to the CRM system (such as opportunities, appointments, cases).
